C. William Doubleday, MD, FAAD is a Board Certified Dermatologist who has been in private practice in the Galleria area of Houston since 1987. He completed his Dermatology Residency Training at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. In addition, he completed an extra Fellowship Training year as a Dermatology Foundation Research Fellow. Prior to his Residency, Dr. Doubleday received his Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed his undergraduate studies in the Plan II Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Doubleday holds a Faculty Appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston and maintains Medical Staff Privileges at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital.

"The Best Doctors in America" has included Dr. Doubleday in their publication every year since 1996. In addition, he has been listed as one of Houston's "Top Docs" by H Texas Magazine every year since 1998. He is a Fellow of The American Academy of Dermatology and is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society. In addition, he has served a Past President of the Houston Dermatological Society.

Dr. Doubleday is a native Houstonian and graduated #1 in his class at Lamar High School in 1973.

Not all of his training has been in Texas. Dr. Doubleday traveled to Australia during his Residency Training period where he spent 18 months continuing his medical education and working on a sheep and cattle property in New South Wales. He obtained his medical license in Australia prior to returning to Texas to complete his Dermatology Training.

Dr. Doubleday is married to a native Houstonian, has 3 children and enjoys spending his weekend time either on the golf course or working on his farm.
